NOTES: The loss eliminates the Tigers from state tournament consideration and sets the three state participants from the Tomahawk East: New Ulm, Sleepy Eye, and Stark. The Region 2C tournament consisted of the same 6 teams this year, but only Sleepy Eye made the state tournament in 2018 and 2019. The Tigers are the only team to not make state either year.
